Wear long pants
and sneakers (you will be walking through some forested
areas and shallow streams), and a hat for the sun. Those
inclined to have a dip in a river pool, wear shorts.
Drinking water, sunscreen etc. are personal decisions.
At the end of the
walk a simple breakfast will be served in silence. After
breakfast the group will be invited to share their
experience feelings & insights

INTRODUCTION TO CENTERING PRAYER
This course
introduces you to Centering Prayer as developed by the
Cistercian Monk, Fr. Thomas Keating. You will be taught
the method of Centering Prayer as well as its conceptual
background.
