Christian Contemplative Prayer is the opening of mind and heart – our whole being – to God, the ultimate mystery, beyond thoughts, words and emotions…Centering Prayer is a method leading to Contemplative Prayer and to ever deepening relationship with God.  

INTRODUCTION TO CENTERING PRAYER  
This course introduces you to Centering Prayer as developed by the Cistercian Monk, Fr. Thomas Keating. You will be taught the method of Centering Prayer as well as its immediate conceptual background.

CENTERING PRAYER – PRAYER IN SECRET
Committed to Centering Prayer?  Then you need to do this course.  It offers a development of what you learnt in the Introduction to Centering Prayer.  You will deepen your understanding of the theoretical context and method of Centering Prayer.  You will have the opportunity to respond to the invitation of Jesus, “When you pray, pray to your Father in secret and your father who listens in secret will repay you.” Mat. 6:6
