Accommodation is simple – in open dormitories approx. 4 people
to a dormitory. Please bring with you sheets (blanket if
required swimsuit, towels and toilet requisites.

WEEKEND RETREAT - FEAST OF THE
ASCENSION
FRIDAY MAY 07 – SUNDAY MAY 09
Within the context of rest and relaxation, you will ponder on
the meaning of the Ascension of Jesus into Heaven. There will be
some teaching and Centering Prayer

4 DAY SILENT RETREAT
THURSDAY JUNE 03 – SUNDAY JUNE 06
“Come apart and rest a while” in stillness, silence and deep
prayer. This retreat provides the opportunity for extended
periods of Centering Prayer as taught by Contemplative Outreach.
There will be some teaching and guidance.

yourself in the practice of Centering Prayer as taught by
