Fr. Arico is Vice President of Contemplative Outreach and a
close associate of Fr. Keating’s since the very start of
Contemplative Outreach. He has travelled throughout the USA
teaching the method and conceptual background of Centering
Prayer. We are privileged to have Fr. Arico with us. Don’t miss

Introduction to Centering Prayer
This course introduces you to Centering Prayer as developed by
the Cistercian Monk, Fr. Thomas Keating. You will be taught the
method of Centering Prayer as well as its immediate conceptual
background.

Accommodation is simple – in open dormitories approx. 4 people
to a dormitory. Please bring with you sheets (blanket if
required swimsuit, towels and toilet requisites.

During this workshop you will explore your aggressive and sexual
instincts and the behaviour patterns into which they shape. You
will attempt to harmonise these energies and open yourself to
the transforming qualities of love and will.
