THE CHALLENGE OF RELATIONSHIPS
Relationships are not easy – whether personal relationships or relationships on the job. These four unstructured sessions provide the opportunity, within a supportive group, for you to voice your concerns, your hopes and fears, as you attempt to come more effectively into relationship with life.

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH AND LONGEVITY
Sifu Kabir, Tai Chi expert and former Pan American gold medallist,
will teach you exercises that improve health and longevity. You will improve your general sense of well being; develop balance and coordination; enhance your emotional and mental health.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE          
Emotional intelligence is the ability to perceive and understand personal feelings and those of others. The good news is that this ability can be developed.  While childhood is a critical time for its development, emotional intelligence can be nurtured and strengthened throughout adulthood with positive effects on all our relationships.

BLOCKS TO FREEDOM
We show those parts of ourselves that are acceptable to others and hide those parts that are not; but these last do not disappear, they drive our behaviour from the unconscious.  Bring your Shadow into the light, befriend and integrate it and experience the balance and freedom that this integration brings.
